We're hiring a Founder's Office Intern who can work closely with the founder, navigate unfamiliar challenges, connect the dots across teams, and turn ideas into action.

Qcept Presentations is a B2B presentation design and visual communication partner for consulting, advisory, research, and enterprise clients globally.

We help businesses communicate complex ideas through presentations, reports, and other business communication materials.

As we grow, we're looking for people who can challenge how things are done and contribute to building a more efficient, scalable organisation.

Role details:

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana
• Work mode: On-site
• Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
• Employment type: Full-time internship
• Stipend: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

What you will work on:

Pillar 1: AI & process innovation

• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation across business functions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Research, experiment with, and evaluate AI tools for practical business applications.
• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows to simplify repetitive tasks and improve existing processes.

Pillar 2: Strategy, research & problem solving

• Work closely with the founder on business priorities, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Analyse business challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical, data-backed solutions.

Pillar 3: Project ownership & execution

• Translate ideas and business priorities into structured action plans with clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, HR, design, and operations teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Track progress, address roadblocks, and take ownership of projects from planning through implementation.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience is helpful, but not mandatory.
