Outbox Labs

This isn't a typical internship.
At Outbox Labs, we are building products that help businesses grow faster through automation, AI, and modern SaaS.
As an Founder's Office Intern, you won't be confined to one department. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team, solving real business problems across growth, operations, customer success, product, GTM, and execution.
Some days you will improve an internal process. Other days you will help launch a new initiative, automate workflows, analyse customer feedback, or build systems that scale the company.
If you are looking for a place where every week looks different, you will fit right in.
What You Will Do
You will work wherever the business needs you the most.
One Week You Might

Build AI-powered workflows to automate operations.

Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Improve customer onboarding and internal processes.

Coordinate cross-functional projects with different teams.

Work on GTM initiatives, partnerships, or product launches.

Turn messy ideas into structured execution plans.

There is no fixed playbook.
That's intentional.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for people who are naturally curious and enjoy solving problems.
You Will Probably Enjoy This Role If You

Think in systems rather than tasks.

Learn quickly and adapt even faster.

Are comfortable using AI and modern productivity tools.

Can communicate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.

Enjoy ownership instead of constant supervision.

Love startups, technology, and building things from scratch.

Want to become a founder, operator, product leader, or entrepreneur someday.

The Honest Part

This role isn't for everyone.

We are an Growth-stage startup.

Priorities change.

Problems appear unexpectedly.

You will occasionally work outside your comfort zone.

You will learn more in six months than many people do in years but only if you're willing to embrace ambiguity and move quickly.

If that excites you, keep reading.

Why Join Us?

We are betting on you, willing to take risks that help you grow.

Our success is directly proportional to yours.

Learn by building and not by watching.

We automate the boring stuff so you can solve the interesting stuff.

We celebrate people who figure things out.

Good ideas don't need permission here.

Less hierarchy. More ownership.

Build products. Build systems. Build yourself.
