Who we're hiring for

We're looking for a Founder’s Office – Program Management professional to work closely with our founders on strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.

This role is suited for someone who can move between strategy and execution, take ownership of ambiguous problems, and drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation. You could be working on customer expansion, service and offer packaging, new growth opportunities, or improving how the business operates.

We're particularly interested in candidates with prior experience across sales, marketing, business analysis, or program management, who have recently graduated from a top B-school or Tier 1 engineering colleges who have worked in program management or similar cross-functional roles.

What you'll do

• Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with founders to identify, structure, and drive strategic business initiatives from concept to execution.
• Customer Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, improve customer value, and support expansion initiatives.
• Offer & Service Packaging: Work on structuring and packaging service offerings to improve positioning, differentiation, and commercial outcomes.
• Program Management: Own cross-functional projects, define milestones, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and ensure timely execution.
• Business Analysis: Analyse business performance, customer data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities, uncover bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Growth Initiatives: Support new business opportunities, GTM initiatives, and experiments that can unlock growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success, and other teams to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Founder’s Office Support: Prepare business reviews, build presentations and reports, conduct research, and provide structured recommendations to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and build scalable processes, frameworks, and systems as the business grows.

What we're looking for

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, business analysis, consulting, sales, marketing, or strategy and operations.
• Education: Preference for recent graduates from leading B-schools, particularly IIMs and ISB. Candidates from other reputed Tier 1 institutions will also be considered.
• Program Management: Experience driving cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering outcomes with limited supervision.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business models, identify growth opportunities, and connect strategic decisions to commercial outcomes.
• Analytical Thinking: Comfort with data, business metrics, structured problem-solving, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership & Execution: Someone who takes initiative, thrives in ambiguity, and can move from problem definition to execution without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Versatility: Comfortable switching between strategic thinking, detailed analysis, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience across strategy, sales, marketing, business analysis, consulting, or program management, along with an academic background from a Tier 1 institution. We particularly prefer recent graduates from IIMs or ISB who bring prior work experience and a strong understanding of business fundamentals. We’re also open to engineers from top-tier colleges with experience driving cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is analytical, commercially minded, comfortable working directly with founders, and capable of turning ambiguous business problems into structured plans and actionable outcomes.
