The role

The exact role depends on the startup, but a Founding Account Executive at a VC backed startup will typically involve:

• Joining as an early sales hire and building the GTM motion from scratch, without a playbook

Compensation: £60-120k OTE typical, with some roles up to £140k OTE, plus equity (DOE).

• Post-sales operator: you're an experienced Account Manager or CSM who knows how to retain, expand and grow strategic accounts
