What they need
KETUPA is an AI Shopping Agent Implementation, Optimization & Assurance company.
We're looking for a hands-on technical delivery lead to help merchants launch, implement, and optimize AI Shopping and customer service automation using platforms such as Gorgias, ZOOVU, Bloomreach, and similar solutions.
What you'll do:
Lead merchant implementations from platform selection through go-live.
Configure AI shopping and customer service workflows.
Work with Shopify, PIM, product catalogs, APIs, and commerce integrations.
Improve pre-purchase recommendations and post-purchase automation.
Coordinate with merchant, platform, and engineering teams.
Validate implementations and support ongoing optimization.
Ideal background: 5+ years in ecommerce solutions, implementation, or technical delivery, with hands-on experience launching production commerce systems.
- Experience at an AI commerce platform, Shopify Plus agency, or ecommerce systems integrator is highly valued.
