Translead is a Pre-IPO SaaS startup on a mission to lead business transformation. Our product, Translead CRM, helps companies build winning sales teams. Following rapid growth across Malaysia, South Korea, and Vietnam, we are now expanding to Taiwan!

We are hiring a Founding B2B Sales Lead to own our 0-to-1 market entry in Taiwan, build our revenue engine, and drive core business growth from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 0-to-1 B2B market expansion and close strategic deals with local enterprise/mid-market clients.
• Drive outbound lead generation through targeted prospecting, industry events, and referrals.
• Execute full-cycle sales: discovery, SaaS demos, contract negotiations, and closing.
• Build the Taiwan sales playbook and partner with Customer Success to scale operations.

📄 Qualifications

• Proven track record of high performance in B2B direct sales (industry agnostic).
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel within Taiwan for client visits.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Preferred: Business-level English proficiency.

💵 Compensation & Perks

• Salary: NT$ 60,000 – 140,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience)
• Bonuses: Bi-annual performance reviews & bonuses (April & October)
