Founding CTO / Technical Co-founder

We're building what we believe will become Europe's leading AI implementation company, the AI-native successor to Accenture and McKinsey. We help companies put AI to work with real, working tools, not slide decks. Every project leaves behind reusable software, so we grow into a product company, like a European Palantir.

The founder: a commercially driven founder who built a company to more than $100M in revenue and raised more than $150M. They have deep US market experience, having recently moved back to Europe from the US, and a strong network on both sides of the Atlantic. They bring the clients and the go-to-market. We're looking for the technical partner who builds everything else.

What you'll do

• Design and build our AI platform from day one, from agents and LLM systems to data pipelines and integrations.

• Work hands-on with our first clients to turn hard problems into working software, fast.

• Set the technical vision, push what's possible with today's models, and build an exceptional engineering team.

Who we're looking for

• You're deeply technical and you work at the edge of what AI can do today. You build with the newest models, agents and tools as they come out, and you know where their real limits are.

• You've built and shipped AI or data systems that real people use, whether at a leading AI company, a research lab, a startup or on your own.

• You can go deep on architecture, models and infrastructure, and you also enjoy turning a client's messy reality into something that works.

• You want to be a founder: to own the product, make the calls and build something big.
