Founding Customer Success Manager

You’ll own every Dealops customer from signed contract through renewal. You’re our first post-sales hire, so you’ll also build how we do it. Our customers are fast-growing AI and fintech companies like Plaid, Pylon and Merge. Your job is to get them live in weeks and make Dealops the pricing system they can’t run without.

What you’ll do

• Run implementations end to end: scoping, configuration, training and go-live. You hold the line on scope and get customers to a first win fast.
• Be the day-to-day contact for Heads of Pricing, RevOps and Product. Drive adoption, run QBRs, own renewals.
• Find and close expansion across your accounts.
• Build the CS playbook: onboarding, health scoring, success metrics, escalation.
• Bring what you learn in deployments back to product and engineering.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years in customer success, implementation or consulting at a high-growth B2B startup. Big-company-only backgrounds are a weaker fit.
• You’ve owned accounts end to end, including renewals and expansion.
• You know pricing, CPQ or RevOps tooling and are comfortable in the product and in customer workflows, not just on calls.
• On-site in San Francisco, 5 days a week.
