Founding Dentist

We are building consent documentation software for UK private dental practices: the options the dentist judged reasonable, the risks discussed, and what the patient understood. It is built for the file a principal needs when a complaint arrives. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or score risk. A dentist reviews and approves what the patient sees.

What you would do

• Review the procedure content before any real patient sees it.
• Tell us when the wording is wrong, incomplete, or something a dentist would not actually say.
• Be the named clinician for clinical safety.
• Sit in on a few conversations with practice owners, and co-present when we run a short CPD session.

This is a founding role. Hours, involvement, and how you are paid (equity, a day rate, or both) are open. UK-based. Remote is fine; the occasional practice visit helps.

Who you are

A GDC-registered dentist who does private work where consent is a real conversation: implants, endodontics, aligners, cosmetic, or similar. You have opinions about what belongs in a record, and you are willing to be named on what you approve.
