Role Description As the Founding Developer Relations (DevRel) contractor at OrcaRouter, you will build and nurture a technical community around our AI routing platform while shaping the company’s developer-facing voice and strategy. On a day-to-day basis, you will create technical content such as tutorials, sample apps, documentation improvements, and blog posts that help developers understand and adopt OrcaRouter. You will engage with developers through channels like forums, social media, events, meetups, and conferences, gathering feedback and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve the developer experience. You will also identify and support key community members and partners, help design educational programs or workshops, and contribute to SDKs or example integrations as needed. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Seoul, South Korea, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong technical communication skills, including experience writing clear documentation, tutorials, and blog posts for developer audiences.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, backend or full-stack development, and modern AI/ML tools or LLM-based products.
• Background in developer advocacy, community building, technical evangelism, or a closely related role.
• Ability to design and deliver talks, workshops, demos, or webinars for technical audiences in English; Korean language skills are a plus.
• Comfort working in a founding or early-stage startup environment, with the ability to set up processes, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to translate developer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with open source ecosystems, developer tooling, or cloud infrastructure is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
