Velocity Tech Partners has partnered with an exciting early-stage AI startup building an AI-powered Revenue Command Centre designed to transform how businesses find prospects, engage customers, close deals and grow revenue.

Following a successful $3m pre-seed funding round , the business is looking for a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founding team, accelerate product development and help shape the technical foundations of the company.

🚀 The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll build across the full stack, from web applications and browser extensions to backend services, AI agents, integrations and infrastructure.

You'll work closely with customers, take ownership of features from concept through to production, and have a genuine influence on product and technical decisions.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, React
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Supabase, Vercel
• AI: Agentic AI, LLM applications, sub-agent and supervisor architectures
• Testing & Evaluation: Automated testing, AI evaluations and production monitoring
• Tooling: Claude Code, Codex, PostHog, Sentry and Braintrust

🎯 What They're Looking For

• Experience building and shipping full-stack software products.
• A strong understanding of modern AI application development.
• Familiarity with agentic architectures, AI evaluation and production reliability.
• An entrepreneurial, product-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Someone comfortable working directly with customers and solving complex technical problems.
• A willingness to experiment with new technologies and work across the stack.

Experience with the specific tech stack is beneficial but not essential. Strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability and a passion for AI are what matter most.
