Founding Software Engineer – Agentic AI

The team is building cutting-edge agentic AI systems designed to tackle complex problems and push the boundaries of what autonomous software can achieve. With engineers from Palantir, Microsoft and Meta , they're bringing together some seriously strong technical talent to build something ambitious from the ground up.

They're now looking for a Senior Engineer to play a pivotal role in building the next generation of AI agents, with significant ownership over the technology, architecture and direction of the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and building agentic AI systems from the ground up, taking ideas through to production.
• Developing intelligent agents capable of reasoning, using tools and executing complex workflows autonomously.
• Building scalable, high-performance software using Python and modern engineering frameworks.
• Working with LLMs, agent architectures and emerging AI technologies to solve challenging problems.
• Shaping technical decisions and playing a key role in the company's engineering direction.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python skills and excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade software.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems or AI-powered applications.
• A strong engineering mindset and appetite for solving difficult technical problems.
• Someone who thrives in an ambitious, fast-moving startup environment.
