🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Build and ship core product features end-to-end (spec → production → scale)

• Identify and solve technical + product challenges proactively

• Develop automation + AI-integrated workflows

• Drive engineering velocity and quality in a fast-moving environment

• Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams

🧠 What they’re looking for

• 5–7+ years as a full-stack engineer

• Experience in startup / early-stage environments

• Strong product mindset + ownership mentality

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast

• Experience or interest in AI tools / automation
