Join an AI-powered property intelligence company building technology that simplifies and accelerates property ownership verification.

The platform analyses property documents across languages and formats, identifies risks and missing documentation, and verifies records against government databases in real time.

Focused on the BFSI sector, the platform has reduced property verification turnaround time from four days to under 30 minutes and processed over 15,000 loan applications since January.

About the Role

As a Founding Engineer, you'll be one of the first engineering hires, helping shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture.

You'll work directly with customers to understand real-world problems, translate feedback into product improvements, and build reliable AI-powered systems end to end.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with clients: Understand pain points, validate solutions, and translate customer feedback and metrics into actionable product insights.
• Scale document processing: Build and improve document ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Build AI-powered systems: Debug and evaluate LLM outputs and develop robust multi-agent systems.
• Ship end-to-end features: Build and deploy product features on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Engineer reliable backend workflows: Implement queues, retries, idempotency, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Integrate complex systems: Work with websites and APIs, handling sessions, form submissions, HTML parsing, and rate limits.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Working knowledge of React, SQL, and cloud platforms; GCP experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, structured outputs, multi-agent orchestration, agent traces, and evaluation.
• Experience building production-ready backend systems and reliable asynchronous workflows.
• A measurement-driven mindset and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Graduates from Tier 1 Indian colleges or leading international universities are encouraged to apply.
