About the Role

We're looking for someone who wants to run delivery like it's their own company — not manage

tickets, but own outcomes. You'll sit at the center of client relationships, technical architecture,

and team growth. This isn't a management role in the corporate sense — it's a build-and-own

role for someone hands-on who's ready to stop being told what to build and start deciding it.

If you've been doing solid work for 5-8 years but feel like you're capped, coasting, or just

executing someone else's roadmap — this is the opposite of that.

What You'll Own

• Client relationships — run requirement calls directly, translate business needs into

technical specs without a middleman

• Architecture decisions — make the calls on how things get built, not just how they get

coded

• Code quality — review the team's work, set the bar

• Team growth — unblock junior developers, mentor them into stronger engineers

• Hands-on development — when bandwidth allows, build features yourself; this isn't a

pure-management seat

• Project health — track delivery status, catch issues before the client does, fix them fast

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of full-stack experience (MERN preferred); comfortable across the stack, not

siloed

• Real client-facing experience — you've sat in requirement calls and owned the outcome,

not relayed messages

• A track record of building and owning something end-to-end — not just maintaining

what others designed

• Startup or small-team background preferred — you're used to ambiguity, not process for

its own sake

• Some experience mentoring or leading other developers, even informally

• Still writes code regularly — if you haven't shipped anything hands-on in 2+ years, this

isn't the fit

• Low job-hop history — we're looking for someone who wants to build something over

years, not months What This Isn't

• Not a pure people-management role — you'll still write code

• Not a ticket-execution job — we want judgment, not just delivery against a spec

• Not a place for "20 years of experience, comfortable in my lane" — if the title matters

more to you than the ownership, this probably isn't it

Compensation

Competitive, based on experience — with room to grow as the role and the company do.

Location

Chennai, in-office.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
