Founding Engineer - Robotics Engineer

Building the autonomous manufacturing revolution in Munich

Anton Robotics is an early-stage robotics startup founded out of TUM MIRMI and backed by over €1 million in pre-seed funding from a leading European VC. We build scalable industrial robotics solutions to bridge the gap between frontier research and production-ready automation, driving the autonomous manufacturing revolution.

Your role as Founding Engineer - Robotics Engineer

You will design, develop, and deploy production-ready robotics systems for real industrial manufacturing environments, working on-site in Munich for 40 hours a week.

• Architect and implement robust robotics software and control systems
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and compute hardware onto physical robotic platforms
• Deploy automation solutions directly into production facilities
• Optimize perception and manipulation algorithms for real-world reliability

What we are looking for

Experience in building and deploying hardware-software robotics systems, a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, and a hands-on approach to solving complex physical automation problems. If you match most of these requirements and not all of them, we still encourage you to apply.

Your first months at Anton Robotics

You will take ownership of our core robotics integration pipeline, deploying initial automation systems into live manufacturing environments and establishing our in-house hardware and software testing workflows.
