Founding Fullstack Engineer - Agentic AI Startups

We’re a venture studio building and backing funded pre-seed startups in agentic AI. These companies are developing foundational models and intelligent systems around real customer problems with funding, early customers, and strong founding teams already in place.

We’re looking for founding full-stack engineers who want to shape the product, technology, and company from the beginning.

What you’ll do

• Turn ambitious goals into inventive, robust technical solutions.
• Own foundational architecture and build across the entire stack.
• Direct and correct AI agents while keeping engineering judgment firmly your own.
• Test, ship, and own your work in production bugs and all.
• Work directly with founders and customers to decide what should be built next.

You’re likely a fit if you

• Build systems that hold up under real constraints, not just features that work in a demo.
• Move comfortably between frontend, backend, models, data, and infrastructure.
• Treat AI as leverage, interrogating its output instead of trusting it blindly.
• Learn independently, challenge assumptions, and introduce better approaches.
• Give routine implementation the same care as difficult architecture.
• Thrive with a clear goal, genuine autonomy, and responsibility for the outcome.
