What they need
Context
Brio is building the buy-side layer of French real estate, starting with offices, with a long-term vision to make Tenant Rep a consumer reflex in residential. Currently, 95% of the office and residential market in France is “sell-side by default.” While brokers work for tenants daily, the category lacks standardization and trust.
Brio focuses initially on offices due to higher ticket sizes, clearer ROI, and faster learning loops, with plans to extend Tenant Rep to residential markets. The product is an AI-powered platform that orchestrates search, negotiation, and closing, operated directly on smaller deals and through a network of badged brokers on larger ones.
The prototype is live at copiloteoffice.com, with the founding team in place and broker network forming. The company is now industrializing growth and seeks a Founding Growth lead to establish Brio as a category name.
Missions
- Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including account structure, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding, and attribution.
- Scale high-intent acquisition on Google and build demand on Meta for a new tenant category.
- Manage LinkedIn Ads targeting mid/high-consideration audiences with creatives, offer strategy, and retargeting.
- Lead creative testing with rapid iteration on angles, messaging, formats, and hooks.
- Set up and maintain clean tracking systems: GA4, GTM, Meta/LinkedIn pixels, conversion APIs.
- Build dashboards and weekly reports covering CAC, CPL, qualification rate, and ROI by channel/campaign.
- Run a continuous CRO program on landing pages with hypotheses, A/B tests, and friction removal.
- Coordinate SEO strategy with external agencies, overseeing technical and link-building efforts and on-page consistency.
- Orchestrate influence as a channel, including founder-led content and external creators, podcasts, and sponsorships.
- Implement brand consistency across all touchpoints in collaboration with founders and design partners.
- Package long-form content into posts, snippets, visuals, and sequences.
- Coordinate founder-led content production on LinkedIn, including briefing, calendar management, distribution, and measurement.
- Own HubSpot CRM: lifecycle stages, pipeline hygiene, lead routing, SLAs, automation, and reporting.
- Build email and retargeting nurture flows for warm leads and improve speed-to-lead and follow-up automation.
- Define event taxonomy and conversion definitions across the funnel.
- Design and run referral programs with badged brokers, operators, bailleurs, and asset managers.
- Turn the partner network into a measurable and predictable lead source.
- Coordinate with Partnerships on activation and tracking.
- Use AI tools and automation workflows daily (LLMs, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot) to accelerate ad copy, landing page messaging, SEO briefs, segmentation, lead scoring, and asset production.
- Stay updated on AI-driven growth innovations including campaign automation, creative generation, SEO/AI search, and attribution.

- Design the brand (handled by design partner).
- Write all content in-house (you package and amplify).
- Spend significant time on cold outreach (handled by Partnerships).
- Wait for perfect strategies before launching experiments.

Working Conditions

- The position is a B2C mindset applied to a marketplace or SMB audience within a B2B market context.
Profile wanted
- 5+ years in paid acquisition / performance marketing in B2B with a strong consumer-mindset, ideally with experience scaling the demand side of a two-sided market or a brand-led SMB company
- Deep hands-on expertise on paid: Google Ads (Search), Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads — account audit and rebuild, structured experimentation across channels
- B2C-mindset applied to a marketplace or SMB audience: built a brand that customers loved and partners wanted to join
- Strong analytics & tracking skills: GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, ideally offline conversion import
- Solid CRO instincts: experience improving landing pages and forms
- AI and automation as a daily reflex: LLMs in workflow, automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) used in production
- At least one experience in a marketplace / two-sided / network-driven / PLG SMB company (e.g. Doctolib, Vinted, BlaBlaCar, Qonto, Pennylane, Alan, Spendesk, Payfit, IAD or similar)
- SEO fundamentals: enough to brief and oversee an agency, set keyword strategy, judge content quality, monitor technical hygiene
- Influence and content coordination: experience activating creators, founder-led content, or sponsorships as part of a growth mix
- Brand implementation: shipped a brand consistently across paid assets, landing, content, sales materials — knows what "on-brand" means and how to enforce it
- HubSpot power user or equivalent: workflows, lifecycle stages, reporting
- Marketing automation and lifecycle design
- Partner / referral program basics: contributed to or run one before, understands the mechanics
- Community and field marketing (events, speaking, partnerships) — already seen, can learn fast
- Long-form content strategy (beyond packaging — building the editorial line over time) — already seen, can learn fast
- Comfortable with founder-level autonomy: fast shipping, iteration, ownership
- Native French + Professional English: working language is French with clients and team, English for internal documentation
- Genuine interest in real estate and category creation — wants to build something durable, not just optimize a known funnel
