We're looking for a hands-on growth marketer to turn that vision into reality.Our audience is India. Parents are the ones who pay; students and children are the ones who actually use Prof . Albert every day.

What you'll own

1. Creator engine. Find, sign and manage 100+ creators a month across parenting,

education, student and regional-language niches on Instagram and Y ouTube Shorts.

Build the briefs, hooks and payout model.

2. Content that converts. Ship 30+ new creatives a week. Experiment with hooks,

formats and storytelling, and track what actually drives installs, not just views.

3. Paid amplification. Turn winning creator videos into Meta and Google ads (partnership

ads, Spark-style whitelisting). Scale spend while holding CAC targets.

4. Funnel to paid. Work with product on onboarding, trial-to-paid and parent conversion

(WhatsApp, UPI Autopay). Installs that don't convert don't count.

5. Measurement. Own attribution and a weekly dashboard: CPI, activation, trial-to-paid,

CAC, payback. Learn fast, double down on what works.

6. Team and vendors. Manage agencies and freelancers for production volume. Grow into

leading a small team as the engine scales.

Must-haves

• 2–4 years in growth, creator marketing or influencer campaigns at a consumer app or

D2C brand, or equivalent hands-on experience and deep insight into the industry.

• You've run creator or influencer campaigns yourself: found creators, negotiated,

briefed, tracked results.

• You've spent ad money on Meta with your own hands and can talk through what

worked and what didn't.

• Proof of work over polish: show us a campaign, a page you grew, or a test you ran, with

the numbers.

• You live on Instagram and Y ouTube Shorts, and you know why a Reel works in the first 2

seconds.

• Hungry and fast. Y ou'd rather ship 10 tests this week than write one perfect plan, and

you want this role to be the big jump in your career.

Nice to have

• Creator networks in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or other regional languages.
• Experience selling subscriptions to Indian parents.
• Has grown their own Instagram page, YouTube channel or side project.
