About Us

Neuracore is the full-stack infrastructure for data-driven robotics. Robots are moving from hand-crafted pipelines to learned policies, but there has been no infrastructure to support that shift, so every team has had to build its own first. We built what we wish had existed for the last 10 years: one platform to collect demonstrations, visualise and curate data, train policies, and deploy them to robots, in the cloud or on-prem.

Neuracore works across robot types and industries, including automotive, aerospace, and home robotics. Customers train on their own data, hardware, and workflows, so they own their robot intelligence. We’re a London-based team founded in 2024 by Prof. Stephen James (Imperial College London, ex-Director of Robot Learning at Dyson), with engineers and researchers from Dyson, Google DeepMind, AWS, and Huawei. We’re now scaling the commercial team to bring Neuracore to blue-chip R&D and robotics teams.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Founding GTM to build Neuracore’s commercial engine alongside our founder. You’ll close enterprise deals yourself, from first conversation through paid trial to annual contract, and take our GTM playbook from working draft to repeatable motion with our forward-deployed engineers. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires, with real ownership and equity, and a hand in shaping the team that follows.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle end to end, from first conversation through paid trial to annual contract. There’s no SDR layer: you run your own pipeline
• Sell to robotics and innovation teams at large enterprises, working with project-manager champions, technical decision-makers, and budget holders in finance
• Run our trial model: an on-site kick-off, a three-month paid initial term, and conversion to an annual platform contract based on measured usage
• Execute our GTM playbook (target accounts, stakeholder map, objection handling, what a win looks like) and sharpen it with our forward-deployed engineers as you learn what works
• Use signal-based and AI-assisted tooling (e.g. Clay) to automate research and prospecting, so your time goes into selling
• Feed customer insight back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap
• Forecast accurately and keep pipeline discipline across long, multi-stakeholder deals

Required Skills

• Several years of B2B software or enterprise technology sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12+ months) into large enterprises
• Ability to hold credible technical conversations with robotics and ML engineers. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to genuinely understand the product
• Comfort in an early-stage environment: you’ll start with a working playbook and be expected to make it better
• Strong commercial judgement on pricing, trials, and negotiation

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling into robotics, automation, or industrial/manufacturing customers
• Experience selling developer tools, ML infrastructure, or data platforms
• Prior early-stage or founding sales experience
• Familiarity with signal-based sales and GTM engineering tools (Clay, etc.)
• Existing relationships in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or consumer appliances
