Juscel’s Restaurant & Paluto is opening soon at SM Central Iloilo, and we’re looking for an exceptional Head Chef to help build one of Iloilo’s newest dining destinations.

We’re searching for a chef who believes that local cuisine deserves the spotlight and has the passion to elevate Ilonggo flavors while keeping them authentic and approachable.
The Role:
As our Founding Head Chef, you will:
Lead menu development and innovation
Standardize recipes and food quality
Establish kitchen systems and food costing
Train and mentor our kitchen team
Help shape the future of the Juscel’s brand
