Founding Machine Learning Engineer - AI/ Robotics / Computer vision

Your mission

• Own the ML pipeline end-to-end, from data processing and experimentation to production.

• Build and deploy computer vision and multimodal ML systems.

• Develop models for video understanding, quality control and data validation.

• Build VLM-based evaluation systems to assess and improve data quality.

• Work on large-scale video, vision and sensor data.

• Take models from experimentation to reliable production systems.

• Optimize ML systems for GPU performance, inference and scale.

• Work closely with the existing ML team while helping shape the future ML & research function.

• Contribute to cutting-edge applications across AI, computer vision and robotics.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in Applied ML, Computer Vision or Robotics.

• Proven experience bringing ML models into production.

• Strong understanding of video / multimodal data.

• Experience with VLMs, model evaluation or automated QA is a strong plus.

• Solid ML systems knowledge: GPU, inference, performance and scalability.

• Ability to bridge research and production.

• Strong technical ownership and autonomy.

• Experience with egocentric vision, robotics, IMUs or 3D data is a plus.

• Fluent English required.
