Location: Hyderabad

Type: Full-time

Experience: 3-5

Type: In-Person Only (Hyderabad)

About The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Lead to own our social presence end to end - strategy, content, community, performance and budget across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. You’ll closely collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to create and execute a marketing strategy and work towards producing the necessary deliverables needed for its success.
About Landseek AI
Landseek AI is building the future of how people discover, evaluate, and buy land and other investable real estate assets. We combine AI with rich, on-the-ground data to make real estate decisions faster, smarter, and more transparent for buyers, investors, and developers.
We're an ambitious, fast-moving team of highly passionate Real Estate & AI Researchers —and we want the world to see what we're building through content that's as sharp as our product.
What Winning Looks Like

Channels you own become the recommended channels in the Real Estate & PropTech category — measured on follower growth, reach, saves, shares, and share of voice.

A repeatable content engine where every product update, customer story, event, and founder/leadership conversation converts into multi-format social output without extra lift.

Social Media driving qualified leads, signups, or applications, not just vanity reach.

Every new feature, campaign or initiative launches with a social playbook ready on day one.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning

Own the end-to-end social media strategy across platforms, with platform-specific content plans that respect each channel's audience and culture.

Define content pillars and set the format mix and publishing cadence — and hold the line on it.

Build and manage a content calendar tied to campaign objectives, product launches, and company initiatives.

Track trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, and adapt the plan proactively.

Content Creation & Production

Write and direct scripts, hooks, captions, thumbnail copy, and carousel narratives in brand voice.

Convert raw material — interviews, events, reports, customer stories — into a high-volume, high-quality content pipeline (reels, shorts, carousels, quote cards, long-form cuts).

Write clear creative briefs for designers and editors; review creative for quality and brand fit before it ships.

You will collaborate with external presenters, influencers and video editors to create tasteful Reels.

Build a hook-and-retention discipline: study drop-offs, iterate on openers, kill formats that don't work, double down on what does.

Channel Ownership

Instagram: own growth across Reels, carousels, Stories, and collabs; drive cross-posting with partners, creators, and stakeholders to extend reach beyond owned audience.

YouTube: build channel positioning and format architecture from the ground up; own packaging (titles, thumbnails, hooks, chapters), SEO, playlists, and the Shorts-to-long-form funnel.

Linkedin & X: Build brand awareness among Technology and Investor circles about our AI & Real Estate Research Lab

Own comments, DMs, and community engagement as a growth lever — not an afterthought — including reputation management and escalation of negative feedback.

Partnerships & Collaboration

Build and manage a network of creators, influencers, and industry voices who contribute to and amplify content.

Plan and execute collaborations, takeovers, and co-created series; deliver on partner/sponsor commitments without diluting audience trust.

You’ll closely collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to create and execute a marketing strategy and work towards producing the necessary deliverables needed for its success.

Analytics & Reporting

Own regular reporting across all channels — reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, watch time, retention, and conversion contribution.

Run structured post-mortems on top and bottom performers and turn findings into the next content bet.

Benchmark against category and competitor accounts; bring back what's working elsewhere.

Present clear, decision-ready performance reads to stakeholders and leadership.

What You'll Need
Must-haves

3-5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or creator-led content, with hands-on ownership of a brand or channel.

Demonstrated growth on social platforms you can point to and explain what drove it.

Strong short-form video instincts: hook writing, format design, and a genuine read on why content works.

Working knowledge of YouTube growth — packaging, retention, SEO, and channel building.

Sharp writing skills, with the ability to flex tone and voice across brand and platform.

Comfortable with numbers — able to read analytics and change the plan because of them.

Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Buffer/Hootsuite, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident leading strategy conversations with stakeholders or clients.

Nice-to-haves

Experience at a modern media brand, content-first startup, D2C/B2B brand

Experience with Real Estate content

Hands-on with editing/design tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Figma) enough to prototype without waiting in a queue.

Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI) to speed up ideation and production.

Exposure to performance marketing, influencer/partner marketing, or community-led growth.

Experience taking a new channel or content property from zero to one.

Comfortable managing multiple accounts, campaigns, or initiatives in parallel.

Be open to create video content from your desk

Strong understanding of SEO

Traits We're Looking For

A creative, hard-working and data-driven person.

Someone who watches a piece of content and instinctively knows why it worked (or didn't).

Ownership mindset over task-taking.

Detail-oriented but fast-moving. Genuinely online, and genuinely curious about the industry we operate in.
