What they need
Founding MTS role: build EDA algorithms, data and knowledge foundations so agentic AI can understand circuits, interpret results, debug failures, and optimize synthesis, placement, routing, timing, power and area across full chip design flows.
Required Candidate profile
BS/MS/PhD in CS, EE
Proven experience architecting, building complex software platforms across distributed systems, developer tools, EDA, AI infrastructure, cloud services, large-scale data systems.
