ALBRICK is now open in Boston, and we’re looking for a select group of experienced real estate agents to join as Founding Mentors.

This opportunity is for agents who want to grow their own production while taking an active role in mentoring newer agents and building a strong local team—with the systems, resources, and operational support of ALBRICK behind them.

What We Offer

• 90/10 split on self-generated business after your introductory period.
• Up to 90/10 on company-generated opportunities through our Collective model.
• No monthly brokerage fees.
• Mentor compensation tied to the success of your Collective.
• Access to Zillow referral opportunities and pre-approved Rocket Mortgage referrals.
• Transaction coordination and operational support.
• Follow Up Boss CRM, dotloop, and a personal agent website.
• Marketing resources to help you build your own brand.
• Established training systems and mentorship resources.

Your Role

Continue serving your clients and growing your business while helping newer agents develop the skills and confidence to succeed. As a Founding Mentor, you’ll provide guidance, share practical experience, and help establish the culture of ALBRICK’s growing Boston market.

Your Collective is the group of agents you support and mentor, giving you an opportunity to grow as a leader and earn additional compensation as they succeed.

Who We’re Looking For

• An active Massachusetts real estate license.
• A proven track record in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A willingness to provide consistent guidance and support to newer agents.
• An interest in helping grow ALBRICK’s presence in Boston.
