Context

Brio is building the buy-side layer of French real estate — starting with offices, with a clear long-term vision: make Tenant Rep a consumer reflex in residential.

In France, 95% of the office and residential market is still “sell-side by default.” Big corporates have CBRE and JLL — everyone else is on their own. Yet “tenant rep” already exists in practice: brokers work for tenants every day, without naming it, without owning a standard, and without building trust.

The initial focus is on offices due to higher ticket sizes, clearer ROI, and faster learning loops. The goal is to extend Tenant Rep to residential, making it a societal norm and a defensible brand.

Brio offers an AI-powered platform that orchestrates the search, negotiation, and closing — operated directly on smaller deals and through a network of badged brokers on bigger ones.

Missions

  • Convert B2B leads into signed partner networks by defining partner ICPs, running the full sales cycle, structuring deals for real deployment, and coordinating with founders on strategic accounts.

  • Enable and deploy partners operationally by building onboarding and training paths, producing enablement assets, setting activation rhythms, and coordinating with Client Success/Ops.

  • Own the partnership CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage stages, follow-ups, tasks, SLAs, reporting, pipeline hygiene, and convert partner interactions into structured knowledge.

  • Build a city-by-city replication playbook including targeting, outreach sequencing, events/field strategy, partner mix, and activation plans; run duplications and document learnings.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LLMs (Claude, GPT) to map, prospect, qualify, draft, follow up, document, and automate processes while preserving human judgment for critical moments.

Profile wanted


  1. 5+ years in BD / commercial / partnerships / network roles in a B2B2C scale-up or startup

  2. Marketplace or two-sided market experience is a strong plus

  3. Proven ability to build deep, long-term relationships — not just close deals

  4. Hands-on prospecting and relationship-building: built networks from scratch

  5. Comfort with founder-style autonomy: experience in early-stage environments

  6. Genuine interest in real estate

  7. CRM discipline (HubSpot or equivalent): pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, reporting

  8. Network mapping and prioritization: ICP definition, account scoring, outreach sequencing

  9. Negotiation fundamentals: structuring agreements, partner economics, conflict resolution

  10. Community animation basics: events, digital communities, referral mechanics

  11. Partner program operations (a plus): experience with partner certification, franchise, or accreditation programs

  12. Comprehension of French real estate market specifics, tenant rep mechanics, marketplace dynamics, and independent network mechanics

  13. Customer-facing energy

  14. Long-game thinker: measures success in trust earned

  15. Native French + Professional English

  16. Builder mentality: desire to write the playbook, not just execute

  17. Nice to have: background in PropTech, real estate, or commercial real estate

  18. Nice to have: experience operating a partner/referral/community/certification program

  19. Nice to have: familiarity with IAD or similar independent network models
