Founding Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer

This is a full-time, hands-on build role, not a project-management position.

You will help turn the product architecture and UX into our first working platform.

You should be comfortable owning:

• React Native + TypeScript mobile development
• React/Next.js web/admin applications
• Node.js/NestJS or comparable backend architecture
• PostgreSQL and database design
• REST APIs
• authentication and role-based access
• payments and wallet integrations
• maps, geolocation and matching
• real-time messaging
• push notifications
• document/credential verification workflows
• cloud deployment, CI/CD and monitoring
• security and privacy-by-design
• app store release management — EAS Build/Submit, code signing and provisioning, App Store Connect and Google Play Console
• TestFlight and Play internal/closed testing tracks, staged rollouts and over-the-air updates
• App Store and Play Store review — listing assets, privacy labels / Data safety forms, and the extra scrutiny that health and care apps get
• Experience building a marketplace, fintech/payment product, logistics platform, workforce platform or other two-sided transactional application would be particularly valuable.
• You do need to have shipped real products.
• We are looking for someone who can look at a Figma screen and understand not only how to reproduce it, but what database, APIs, permissions, workflows and edge cases must exist behind it.
