They are looking for a Founding Team Sales Development Representative (SDR) M/F to launch and structure their presence in the German market from Berlin. The goal will be to lay the foundations for their growth strategy in Germany and become the first outbound expert in this key territory.

Missions :

  • Develop sales through targeted multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) targeting e-commerce brands

  • Become a true business partner by identifying key stakeholders and perfectly understanding their logistics challenges.

  • Identify growth opportunities by closely analyzing the German market and its emerging trends.

  • Develop personalized and creative prospecting strategies to engage high-level decision-makers.

  • Follow the progress of your pipeline from initial contact to the generation of qualified opportunities.

  • Build a lasting relationship of trust with your prospects by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Ensure regular reporting of your activity and collaborate closely with Marketing and Partnership teams

  • Represent the company at professional events (trade fairs, networking) to embody the brand in the Berlin market.

And you ?

  • You hold a Master’s degree (business, management, or engineering).

  • You have at least 6 months to 2 years of successful experience as an SDR or BDR, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or logistics.

  • You are perfectly fluent in German and English (professional level is essential).

  • You have an excellent knowledge of the Berlin market and its business culture.

  • You are result-oriented, have an excellent commercial temperament, and are highly autonomous.

  • You have a strong spirit of initiative to build a new market "from scratch".
