Job Description:

• This position will involve any or all of the following: mold set-up, pouring molten metal, removing castings, cut scrap, general cleanup, etc.
• Operate induction melting furnaces.
• Metal is loaded into the furnace by crane and by hand….heavy lifting required.
• Melt and adjust metal to specification prior to pouring. Experience with Inductotherm melting equipment desired.
• Experience in using a spectrometer is a plus.
• Clean furnaces and perform other tasks to keep the foundry producing efficiently.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.
• Replace and/or repair melting crucibles.
• Must be able to work any shift.
• Proper use of all safety equipment as directed at all times is mandatory.
• Signing Bonus does not apply to previous hires
• $2,000 SIGNING BONUS UPON COMPLETION OF 500 HRS. WORKED
