• Participate in product/wafer sourcing projects; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and qualify suitable suppliers that meet Nexperia Business Group (BG) project requirements. 参与产品/晶圆采购项目，协同内外部相关方识别并评估符合Nexperia业务集团（BG）项目需求的合格供应商。
• Lead end-to-end product sourcing activities and take ownership of ongoing supplier management, including performance monitoring and continuous improvement. 主导产品寻源全流程，并负责后续供应商管理，包括绩效监控与持续优化。
• Evaluate supplier technical documentation and jointly screen potential candidates with Nexperia cross-functional project teams. 审核供应商技术资料，并联合Nexperia跨职能项目团队共同筛选潜在合作对象。
• Support R&D initiatives by serving as the key technical liaison between BG R&D teams and external manufacturing (EM) partners. 支持研发项目推进，担任BG研发团队与外部制造合作伙伴（EM）之间的关键技术接口人。
• Possess strong understanding of semiconductor electrical performance analysis, including interpretation of reliability test data (e.g., HTOL, HTRB, UHAST). 熟悉半导体器件电气性能分析技能，能够解读可靠性测试结果（如HTOL、HTRB、UHAST等）。
• Demonstrate solid project management and problem-solving capabilities to drive cross-functional project execution and resolve critical issues efficiently. 具备扎实的项目管理与问题解决能力，能高效推动跨部门项目执行并解决关键问题。 What You Will Need / 任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Industrial Management. 电子/电气工程、物理、化学、材料科学或工业管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, device engineering, process integration, NPI, or discrete semiconductor production (e.g., MOSFETs, Diodes, BCD, Schottky diodes). 在半导体制造、器件工程、工艺整合/NPI或分立器件生产领域有实际工作经验，熟悉MOSFET、二极管、BCD、肖特基二极管等产品者优先。
• Preference given to engineering professionals with product procurement or supply chain experience and familiarity with Bipolar discretes, Schottky diodes, MOSFETs, CMOS, BCD, etc. 具备产品采购或供应链经验的技术人才优先；熟悉双极性分立器件、肖特基二极管、MOSFET、CMOS、BCD等产品线者尤佳。
• Strong project management skills and structured problem-solving abilities (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma, PDCA). 具备良好的项目管理能力和系统化的问题分析与解决能力（如8D、六西格玛、PDCA等方法论）。
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential. 英语流利，具备优秀的书面表达与口头沟通能力，可作为主要工作语言使用。
