Foundry Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Production Foreperson/Supervisor will oversee and manage production shift employees, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Trains and manages all production personnel on the assigned shift.
• Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of the production shift.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Oversees production operations on assigned shift.
• Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintains current knowledge of all processes and equipment.
• Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly.
• Troubleshoots any issues that arise.
• Notifies maintenance department of any equipment problems.
• Ensures that personnel comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete reports and logs.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior exceptional work experience with the company preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse the production facility.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
