Foundry Worker

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for performing tasks for the following operations: pattern repairing/making, molding and core making, mold coating, mold assembly, melting, tapping, and pouring operation/temperature control checking, sand system/shakeout operation, gouging process, heat treatment process, shot blast/sand blast operation, pickling, set-up, adjust and operate various casting tools and machine, perform preventive and regular maintenance on melting and mold machine, and other related responsibilities as assigned.
2. Observe rules and regulations for the effective and efficient performance of assigned work, including safety
3. Apply IMS principle and advocate awareness

Qualification:

1. At least high school graduate.
2. With at least 5 years' work experience.
3. Good communication skills.
