Foward Deployed Engineer

We're working with two exciting, fast-growing AI technology startups that are looking for talented Forward Deployed Engineers to join their teams.

These are fantastic opportunities for people who enjoy building things, solving complex problems and using the latest AI technologies to deliver real solutions for businesses.

Both companies are developing innovative AI platforms and are looking for individuals who can take customer requirements, understand the problem and turn ideas into working products and AI-powered solutions.

The Role

You'll work at the intersection of technology, AI and customer delivery, taking ownership of projects from initial requirements through to implementation and deployment.

Depending on your background, you'll have the opportunity to work across software development, AI agents, automation and technical solution delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working directly with customers to understand their challenges and requirements.
• Building and deploying AI-powered applications, agents and automation solutions.
• Translating sometimes vague business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Using modern AI development tools and platforms to accelerate delivery.
• Integrating systems using APIs, webhooks and other technologies.
• Testing, troubleshooting and improving solutions running in production.
• Taking ownership of technical delivery and helping shape future product development.

What We're Looking For

• A strong technical background, whether that's software engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation or AI automation.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, agents or modern development platforms.
• An understanding of APIs, integrations and how software systems work together.
• Someone comfortable taking ownership of problems and finding solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in AI and how it can be used to solve real-world business problems.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up or fast-moving technical environment would be particularly beneficial.

You don't need to tick every box.

We're open to candidates from different technical backgrounds. You might be an experienced Software Engineer who enjoys building complete products, a Solutions Engineer who loves hands-on delivery, or someone who has developed strong expertise building AI agents and automation solutions.

What matters most is your ability to understand problems, build solutions and deliver something that works.
