Handling the PPAP Package : FA Documentation & FA Sample
Preparing the quality Inspection Plan
Customer Web Declaration
New Production inspection
FMEA, SPC & MSA data management
Co-ordinate to Internal & External Activities
Interact with tool testing document
New product vendor document verification.
COMPETENCY
At least 5 years and above experience in FA/NPI related and handling sector
Able to read & write in good English
Able to use checking equipment's from basic caliper to CMM, PP, Vision scope and etc
Well train & performed in FMEA, SPC, MSA and CPK data upon customer request.
Able to carry out OT upon request when Project in Urgent situation.
Requires strong dimensional knowledge, process understanding and documentation - especially in automotive or precision industries.

Strong Analytical ability
Independent decision-making
Good communication with tool room & production
Ability to word during die trials
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
