FP&A AM

Responsibilities:

• Support financial management, management reporting, and forecasting for Joint Venture and project operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial information
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability reports to support business performance and decision-making
• Monitor project costs, revenue recognition, margins, and cash flow, and identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with project, commercial, and operational teams to evaluate project performance and provide financial insights and recommendations
• Support month-end/year-end closing, process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad hoc finance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or HKICPA is preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, project finance, management reporting, or business finance
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, property development, or other project-based industries is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, working capital management, treasury planning, and liquidity analysis will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Joint Venture accounting and project profitability analysis is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
