Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Job Summary:

As a FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. You will work closely with the Pulses vertical finance team to manage and analyze financial data, create MIS reports, and contribute to strategic financial planning. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in management information systems and finance to enhance reporting accuracy and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and communicate financial performance (e.g. MIS Consolidation, P&L infographics, Management Reporting Decks/Presentations, etc.).

• Core experience in preparing P&L MIS, Working Capital, Budgeting, Consolidating data and derive meaningful reports for management. Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, highlighting key variances vs. budget/forecast. Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership. Monitor and evaluate cost structures, revenue trends, and profitability drivers.

• Financial Modeling: Create and update financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities (along with working on Hyperion platform).

• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver financial information tailored to various business needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Finance/ CMA/ CA Inter or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, or MIS (internships and relevant projects are also considered).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Strong Experience in Power Query, and Hands on Experience in MIS Reporting and Month end Closings.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to various stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and data management.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
