FP&A Analyst

📊 We’re hiring: FP&A Analyst – 12 Month FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team at MM Flowers.

This is a forward-looking finance role, with a strong focus on forecasting, financial modelling and understanding what is driving business performance .

You’ll be working across:

• Sales & margin forecasting
• Labour and cost forecasting
• Monthly financial reporting
• Actual vs budget vs forecast variance analysis
• Financial modelling and scenario planning
• Forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
• Large and complex financial and operational datasets

We’re looking for someone who is CIMA/ACCA qualified, actively studying towards either qualification, or brings 3+ years’ relevant FP&A/analytical finance experience .

You’ll need strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and, most importantly, a natural curiosity for understanding what the numbers are telling you and what happens next .

Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or another fast-paced operational environment would be a real advantage.

📍 Alconbury Weald, Huntingdon

🕒 Monday–Friday | 40 hours

📅 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

💷 Competitive salary, dependent on experience
