FP&A Analyst

We’re currently supporting a leading SaaS business to hire an FP&A Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their FP&A career, working closely with senior leadership and supporting financial planning, reporting and commercial analysis across the business.

The Role

• Build and maintain financial models and analysis
• Help improve FP&A systems, processes and data quality as the business scales
• Analyse key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC and LTV
• Produce regular management and KPI reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Provide financial insight to support commercial decision-making
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams
• Support board reporting and preparation of management information

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar analytical role
• Experience within a SaaS, subscription or technology business is beneficial
• Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
• Good understanding of financial and commercial KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
