FP&A Analyst

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management

·       Support the annual budgeting and twice-yearly forecasting processes, including updates to group templates.

·       Prepare monthly operating cash flow forecast files in Anaplan, highlighting potential shortfalls.

·       Track and analyse CAPEX, IT OPEX, marketing spend and other key expenditures against budget/forecast.

Performance Tracking, Reporting & Analysis

·       Perform monthly variance analysis with commentaries for P&L and key balance sheet items.

·       Conduct daily sales reporting for all business lines.

·       Produce weekly airport traffic reports and Sales Per Pax (SPP) analysis by terminal and nationality.

·       Calculate monthly variable rent accruals for month-end closing.

·       Prepare monthly Business Review Meeting (BRM) decks with insights and trends.

· Maintain and periodically update Singapore air and sea traffic databases

Stakeholder Collaboration

·       Coordinate with commercial teams on forecasts, promotions and any other ah hoc requests from direct reporting manager or head of finance.

·       Work cross-functionally (finance, commercial, operations, logistics) to ensure accuracy of budget utilisation and stock performance.

Business Development Support

• Analyse and validate key benchmarks and assumptions for new or renewal network proposals.
• Assist in preparing business plans for expansion projects.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business needs.
