FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Revenues Analyst to join our FP&A team and take part in planning this crucial area for the Company’s financial performance.

In this role, you will work as part of a team focusing on revenues, cost of revenues, and gross margin performance, supporting financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across our global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue forecasting across the existing customer base and new business, sales pipeline and conversion assumptions, revenue ramp-up, and other key business drivers.
• Support the annual budgeting and track budget-versus-actuals on a monthly basis, including financial modeling and analysis of key assumptions and business drivers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes, including MoM analysis, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and investigation of key variances.
• Perform cost of revenues and gross margin analysis, defining KPIs, identifying trends, and proposing cost-saving drivers.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations, as well as ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with Accounting, Sales, RevOps, FinOps, and other cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, financial models, reporting, automation, and data quality

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical finance role in a high-growth, technology, fintech, or global organization.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Abacum or similar) – must .
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite – must .
• Strong proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools – must .
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills – must .
• Proven hands-on experience applying AI tools in finance workflows including automation of processes, data validation, forecasting improvements, and building checks and balances in financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
