FP&A Analyst

• Prepare CuCB & Operating margin reports for clients' accounts.
• Prepare monthly general accounting and FS reports.
• Consolidate actual results versus budget and forecast
• Perform variance analysis (Client Cost Cal, approved budgets vs. Actual) and identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Maintain FP&A trackers and reporting files.
• Facilitate budget and planning.
• Bank reconciliation reports and fixed asset accounting.
• Assist in identifying margin risk, cost overruns and unfavorable trends.
• Support workforce cost tracking in coordination with Operations and HR
• Support data integrity across financial and operational reports.
• Review expense reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in FP&A, management reporting.
• Experience in service0based company is an advantage.
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills, experience in ERP system tools is a plus.
• With solid analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to details and accuracy in reports.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Willingness to grow and learn in FP&A.
