FP&A Analyst - FMCG

As an FP&A Analyst in the FMCG industry, you will support financial planning and analysis to drive business performance. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to provide insights and strategic recommendations.

Description

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and performance dashboards
• Partner with commercial and retail teams to provide financial insights and business recommendations
• Monitor key business drivers, sales trends, profitability, and operational KPIs
• Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities to improve business performance
• Support regional management with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects
• Assist in business planning and decision-making across APAC markets

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
• Over 4 years of FP&A experience in Retail, Consumer Products, Luxury, FMCG, or multinational company.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar systems is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
