FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Lead. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership to drive financial planning, insight, and scalable reporting across the business.

You'll partner closely with the CFO through the budgeting process and ensure strong visibility of the businesses core SaaS metrics.

The Role

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build and improve financial models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to the exec team
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product on performance and investment decisions
• Lead KPI reporting and board pack preparation
• Improve systems, processes, and data quality as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, unit economics)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
