FP&A 财务规划分析员

该职位来源于猎聘 In this role, the Financial Planning & Analyst works on Financial Analysis fields.

Financial Planning & Analyst will be responsible for operation analysis, month-end closing, financial report, costing, budgeting etc. Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Performs overall financial planning and analysis of medmix China which includes but not limited to monthly closing and reporting, expense and cost analysis, production variance analysis, UOA, costing, CAPEX, NWC and Head count etc.
• Participating in the whole budgeting process and monthly rolling forecast process for medmix China, Support finance controller to monitor and control the target achievement.
• Communicate and collaborate with Finance SSC, make sure all business and transaction are recorded properly and timely.
• Provide finance support to business team in daily business operations, such as pricing, costing, margin analysis etc.
• Re-check weekly Cash forecast with Finance SSC and ensure accuracy of weekly cash forecast.
• Promptly monitor selling price by customer and by product in SAP by month.
• Master data checked and created in SAP if needed
• Timely calculate product cost in SAP
• Other assignments from management Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Economics
• 1-3 years related work experiences in manufacturing MNC with

Financial Analysis Role. Accounting experience will be a plus.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and understanding of Chinese accounting rule
• Good English communication skill both in written and oral
• Good PC skills, Good SAP skill, Strong analytical and team spirits
