该职位来源于猎聘 This FPA Analyst role is for continuous business expansion, ongoing organizational report improvement, and the need to upgrade our financial analysis capability of Advance Components BU. The incumbent will act as finance business partner to deliver data-driven insights, strengthen financial forecasting, performance tracking, and management reporting, and optimize end-to-end FP&A workflows to support management’s strategic decisions. Education & Experience

• Minimal bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplines; CPA / ACCA candidate or holder preferred. Minimal 5 years solid FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance working experience.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with English as the primary working language
• Must have work experience in foreign companies with budget analysis for multinational corporations
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Query, financial modeling); experience with ERP or BI tools (Power BI/SAP) a plus.
• Strong business acumen, logical thinking and ability to translate complex financial figures into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Good cross-team communication, attention to detail and ability to deliver outputs under tight deadlines.
• High integrity, proactive mindset, and willingness to drive process improvements. Skills & Other Requirements
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions including PivotTable, Power Query, financial modeling and data analysis;
• Familiar with ERP financial system and office report production
• Experience in Power BI data visualization analysis is preferred.
