岗位概述 / Position Overview

本岗位是连接财务数据与业务决策的核心枢纽，负责预算编制、财务预测、经营分析及决策支持，通过数据洞察驱动业务增长与资源优化配置。

This role serves as the critical link between financial data and business decision-making, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business analysis, and decision support, driving growth and resource optimization through data-driven insights.

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities

预算与预测管理 / Budgeting & Forecasting

• 组织年度预算编制及滚动预测，搭建财务运营模型，监控KPI及财务指标达成进度。
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes; build financial operating models; monitor KPIs and financial metrics progress.
• 对各业务单元进行预算执行追踪、差异分析及滚动调整。
• Track budget execution across business units, perform variance analysis, and conduct rolling adjustments.

经营分析与报告 / Business Analysis & Reporting

• 高质量输出各层级经营单元的经营报告和经营分析，提供业务决策支持。
• Deliver high-quality management reports and business analysis for various operational units to support decision-making.
• 分析业务绩效数据，识别趋势、风险与改进机会，将财务数据转化为可执行的商业洞察。
• Analyze business performance data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating financials into actionable business insights.
• 编制月度/季度管理报告及董事会汇报材料，撰写管理层评论与叙述性分析。
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and board presentations; draft management commentary and narrative analysis.

财务建模与决策支持 / Financial Modeling & Decision Support

• 开发和优化财务模型，支持情景分析、长期规划及战略决策。
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, long-range planning, and strategic decision-making.
• 参与投资项目评估、成本效益分析（ROI），评估新业务机会的财务可行性。
• Participate in investment project evaluation and ROI analysis; assess financial viability of new business opportunities.

跨部门协作与流程优化 / Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Optimization

• 与业务、运营等部门紧密协作，理解业务需求并提供财务专业建议。
• Partner closely with business and operations teams to understand their needs and provide financial expertise and advice.
• 持续优化财务分析流程，推动BI报表及可视化工具（如Power BI、Tableau）的应用，提升效率与洞察力。
• Continuously improve financial analysis processes; drive adoption of BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enhance efficiency and insights.

任职要求 / Qualifications

教育背景 / Education

• 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济学或相关专业。
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

工作经验 / Experience

• 8年以上FP&A经验，有团队管理经验者优先。
• 8+ years of FP&A experience, team management experience preferred.
• 持有CPA、CMA等专业证书者优先。
• CPA, CMA, or other professional certifications are a plus.

专业技能 / Technical Skills

• 精通Excel高级功能（财务建模、数据透视表等），熟悉财务系统（如SAP、Oracle Hyperion、金蝶等）。
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.); familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Kingdee).
• 具备数据可视化工具经验（Power BI、Tableau等），能将原始数据转化为可操作的洞察。
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• 熟悉预算管理、财务建模、经营报告及差异分析等核心FP&A领域。
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, financial modeling, management reporting, and variance analysis.
