Role Overview

We are looking for experienced FP&A professionals with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business partnering.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing financial performance, supporting business decisions and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L activities, including financial performance analysis and reporting.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on key financial drivers.
• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and support working capital management.
• Drive zero-based budgeting (ZBB) initiatives where applicable.
• Partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to support financial decision-making.
• Prepare and present management reports and financial insights.
• Collaborate with finance controllers and business teams on financial performance.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable financial analysis.
• Support process improvements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should hold any one of the following:

• CA – Chartered Accountant
• CMA / ICWA – Cost & Management Accountant
• CFA – Chartered Financial Analyst
• CPA – Certified Public Accountant

Experience

• 10–15 years of overall experience
• Strong experience specifically in FP&A / Business Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis is mandatory.

Preferred Background

• FMCG
• Tobacco
• Professional services / consulting
• Large corporate finance / business finance environments

Exclusion

• Sales and Marketing-focused profiles are not relevant.
• Pure accounting profiles without meaningful FP&A exposure are not preferred.
• Profiles without hands-on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience should not be considered.
