Requirements

Education & Experience

• Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• 7+ years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, business control, or related functions;
• Experience in Automotive, IT related preferred;
• Fluent in English written and spoken.

IT Applications

• Super user in with MS Excel, with strong financial modelling skills
• Super user in PowerPoint able to tell clear storylines
• Experience with BPC, business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Business Reviews - Own the process for preparing the monthly reporting decks for the operational entities.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary;
• Establish and maintain strong business control processes to ensure compliance, risk management, and governance;
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting;
• Support the Forecast and Annual Plan process (act as aEUR~buddyaEUR(TM) to select countries, gather and analyze data, support in process management and reporting out);
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions;
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and multiyear plans;
• Support the organization to implement all the new Ayvens and SG requirements on the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local entities to achieve companyaEUR(TM) strategy and targets;
