FP&A Controlling

该职位来源于猎聘 Main tasks / Activities: Financial Planning and Analysis, -assist in annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly estimation process -assist in monthly and quarterly management reporting -ad-hoc request from BU management -support group in adopting new ERP and planning systems & process Expected outcomes: provide management with required and value-added information in time and with good quality for decision-making Efficiency and quality improvement, -improve efficiency/quality/timeliness of BU ES FP&A processes -standardize BU ES FP&A processes -assist in continuous improvement projects Expected outcomes: increase value adding activities and internal customer satisfaction, drive continuous improvement Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Business Finance experience.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing companies, matrix organizations, semiconductor or related industrial environment preferred. Required:
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Good knowledge of systems and applications (SAP, BW, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work well in team environment, ownership, self-motivated and proactive, high learning agility.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to prepare management-level business communications and financial reports Preferred:
• Experience with SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Hyperion, HFM, OneStream, or similar planning/reporting systems.
• Power BI dashboard development / Data modeling and data warehouse concepts / Python, SQL knowledge, or other data analytics tools.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
