FP&A Director

CarsonLynch Professional Search is recruiting for an FP&A Manager role for our rapidly growing client. Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly visible position will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision support as the organization continues to scale. Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and key business decisions.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders across the organization to provide actionable financial insights.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support strategic planning initiatives, investment decisions, and special projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering abilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
